Area Sales Manager (m/w/d)

Bundesweit, Deutschland
Full-time
Permanent employee

Your mission

As a Field Sales Representative, you are the driving force behind our growth. You are not just a salesperson, but a trusted partner for construction companies, municipal utilities, and specialist trade businesses in your region.

Your responsibilities in detail:

  • Market development: You actively manage and expand your customer base while proactively acquiring new customers and projects within your territory.
  • Relationship management: You maintain close working relationships with civil engineering companies, pipeline contractors, and decision-makers at regional energy providers.
  • Sales negotiations: From preparing quotations and negotiating prices through to closing contracts, you take full ownership of the process in a focused and results-driven manner, while also supporting the project throughout its execution.
  • Site visits: You are on site when it matters, advising customers on the practical application of our systems and ensuring smooth project operations.
  • Market monitoring: You keep a close eye on competitors and identify emerging trends and major projects in your region at an early stage.

Your profile

You thrive on direct customer contact and the success of closing deals. You pass on your enthusiasm for successful projects to your customers and colleagues alike, while also understanding that a certain amount of desk work is part of the job.
  • Experience: You have a solid commercial or technical background and several years of experience in field sales - ideally in the construction industry, building services, or working with energy providers.
  • Sales mindset: You are strong in closing deals, present yourself with confidence, and know how to inspire people with technical solutions.
  • Organizational skills: You plan your routes and customer visits efficiently and work in a structured way with our CRM system. You value the flexibility of a mobile workspace and collaborate digitally with your colleagues in a committed manner.
  • Hands-on mentality: Putting on a hard hat and safety boots to move your project forward on site is, for you, a natural step toward success.
  • Passion: You want to make a difference and identify strongly with sustainability and our contribution to the heating transition.
